چکیده
In order to improve the regeneration of full-layer skin defects, hydrogels were developed based on combination chitosan (Cs), Daba silk fibroin (DSF), and graphene oxide (GO): CS, DSF/Cs DSF/Cs/GO. The biocompatibility with human dermis fibroblasts in vitro was evaluated using MTS assay. To assess regenerative potential hydrogels, a model defect reconstructed back rats closed wound surface DSF/Cs/GO hydrogels. morphological morphometric characteristics regenerate tissues obtained by staining hematoxylin-eosin, Heidengain azocarmine, immunohistochemistry days 7 14 experiment. It has been shown that use promotes enhanced healing epithelization wound. addition GO hydrogel increased synthetic activity improved produced collagen fibers.

Powdered Wound Dressing Materials Made from wild Silkworm Antheraea pernyi Silk Fibroin on Full-skin Thickness Burn Wounds on Rats
PURPOSE This study evaluated powdered burn wound dressing materials from wild silkworm fibroin in an animal model. METHODS Fifteen rats were used in this experiment. Full-thickness 2×2 cm burn wounds were created on the back of rats under anesthesia. In the two experimental groups, the wounds were treated with two different dressing materials made from silkworm fibroin. In the Control Group, ...
متن کاملA silk fibroin hydrogel with reversible sol–gel transition
In this report, a novel silk fibroin hydrogel with a reversible sol–gel transition capacity is presented, in which the base material of this reversible hydrogel is hydrophilic silk fibroin (HSF) obtained by immersing a dried regenerated Bombyx mori silk fibroin (SF) condensate in deionized water (DI water) and collecting its lixivium. The resulting HSF sol can exhibit an enhanced sol–gel transi...
متن کاملArtificial Auricular Cartilage Using Silk Fibroin and Polyvinyl Alcohol Hydrogel
Several methods for auricular cartilage engineering use tissue engineering techniques. However, an ideal method for engineering auricular cartilage has not been reported. To address this issue, we developed a strategy to engineer auricular cartilage using silk fibroin (SF) and polyvinyl alcohol (PVA) hydrogel. We constructed different hydrogels with various ratios of SF and PVA by using salt le...
متن کاملEngineered 3D Silk-collagen-based Model of Polarized Neural Tissue
Despite huge efforts to decipher the anatomy, composition and function of the brain, it remains the least understood organ of the human body. To gain a deeper comprehension of the neural system scientists aim to simplistically reconstruct the tissue by assembling it in vitro from basic building blocks using a tissue engineering approach. Our group developed a tissue-engineered silk and collagen...
متن کاملSilk Fibroin Based Porous Materials
Silk from the Bombyx mori silkworm is a protein-based fiber. Bombyx mori silk fibroin (SF) is one of the most important candidates for biomedical porous material based on its superior machinability, biocompatibility, biodegradation, bioresorbability, and so on. In this paper, we have reviewed the key features of SF. Moreover we have focused on the morphous, technical processing, and biocompatib...
